500LPH RO Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System With 3 Stainless Steel Tanks

Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water isdelivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2 through reverse osmosis membranes. Waterpermeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99% bacterials in the feed water.

 RO Pure Water Equipment Process Flow Diagram

This flow chart shows the complete water-making process of single-stage reverse osmosis pure water equipment. Raw water is stored in the raw water tank first, then passes through a booster pump to go through quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, resin softener and micron filter for pretreatment step by step. After that, water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and sent into RO reverse osmosis membranes for deep desalination filtration. The produced pure water is sterilized by a UV sterilizer, stored in the pure water tank, and finally output as qualified pure water steadily. This whole process can effectively remove sediment, residual chlorine, limescale, heavy metals, bacteria and other impurities in water.
